The 0 degree zone is usually a single drawer that maintains a temperature of 0 with a minimum of +7 throughout the refrigerator. This drawer is very suitable for vegetables that stay fresh at zero for the longest time. 

Defrost function 

A rarely used but very useful feature. The fridge sometimes needs cleaning. Defrost the fridge before cleaning. Naturally the fridge melts daily. If you store food in it, it may spoil in the meantime, so you have little time to defrost. Then quick defrosting helps, when the refrigerator raises the temperature to room within a couple of hours and you can then clean it.
