Withdrawal of goods during quarantine

    For your convenience and safety, the delivery of goods is organized outside only, and a tent has been built for this purpose.

    Request for cash withdrawal when withdrawing an item. Just arriving without pre-order and buying the item in stock until the end of quarantine will not be possible.

    Courier shipments do not stop and continue as before. We will promptly adjust as the situation changes. Please understand.

    To avoid physical contact, we ask that you pick up the goods yourself and do not ask for a driver pick-up service unless there is a real need and it cannot be avoided.

    Returns and warranty

    Dear Customers, taking into account the situation in the country, we strive to protect you and yourself, therefore we change the conditions of return of goods and warranty service:

    1. Services do not provide direct service. Please deliver the goods for warranty service at Ateities str. 31 Vilnius, after prior coordination of return by phone 861401020, e-mail andrius@aptrade.lt.
    2. Due to the circumstances, it is currently difficult to predict the terms of repair of goods. May be longer than usual.
    3. If due to the current circumstances it is not possible to provide warranty service for the product, the warranty service period may be extended for the person who applies to the seller derekis.lt.

    The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

    - the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
    - the goods must be unused and not damaged by the Buyer;
    - the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.) This item does not apply to the return of a defective product;
    - the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
    - when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase, warranty card (if it has been issued);

    IMPORTANT: The Bus Parcel Service or Lithuanian Post does not deliver the parcels to the final addressee, therefore the goods must be returned via the courier service or delivered to you.

    When returning the product, a request must be submitted with detailed order information: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. The application must include a refund account. In the event that the money is returned to the account of a person other than the buyer, a power of attorney issued by the buyer to a third party to accept the refund must be presented.

    In accordance with the law, the Seller undertakes to return the money within 14 days. after the authorized service confirms that the product is in good condition, i. unidentified damage, damage, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned goods coincide, etc.

    Part I of Article 6.228 of the Civil Code stipulates that the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days, without giving a reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 6.228.11 of the Civil Code, except for the exception. Article 6.228.11 (2) of the Civil Code also stipulates that the trader must return to the consumer all amounts paid by the consumer, including the delivery costs paid by the consumer, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the consumer's notice of withdrawal.

    If a defective product purchased by the customer during the warranty period is replaced by a new product of the appropriate quality, the replacement is subject to the remaining warranty period, i.e. the warranty period is not extended.
