The weekend is coming when you want to feel the smell of barbecue again and hear the sound of the heartbreaking meat and dripping flesh. Burger cutlet, shashlik, bacon, sausages, chicken wings and thighs, pork top with spicy marinade, fish and various vegetables - all can be baked outdoors, with family or friends. This only requires good barbecues.
And yes, meat can be baked in one-time barbecues and even on bonfire. This does not require barbecues! Just what will you do next weekend when your friends come back to your yard again? It is better to buy a normal barbecue that will always stands and enjoys you in any weather.
How to choose the right barbecue? We'll give you some specific tips.
Many imagine that the barbecue should only be fired with coal. Unfortunately, reality is a bit different. The world's most popular are gas barbecues. Carbon barbecues are considered to be mobile, which are more suited to outdoor activities than for home cooking. Professional barbecues are also gaseous, because producing large quantities of meat requires a very large amount of coal. It is impractical and more damaging to nature than gas barbecues.
The fundamental difference in operating principles should probably be explained. Gas barbecues heat the grill and the pallet on which the meat is baked. Carbon barbecues heat the meat directly, but at the same time the likelihood of the fire increases as the fat is flammable. Gas grills are protected from such "trouble".
By the way, gas grills can also be used in the kitchen. It only needs one little thing - an extra hood over the barbecue. There are also electric grills that work very much like gas. Just baking the surface is not heated by gas flame but by electricity. It's a completely safe way to cook. True, the electric grill of this "eats" quite a bit depending on the area of baking.
Usually barbecues are steel, because the burning charcoal or gas-heated housing must be heat resistant. Ceramic barbecue grills are on the market. They are now in the shape of an egg. The unique feature is that some models of such ceramic barbecues have the ability to burn the fire without opening the lid.
A unique feature of ceramic barbecues is the even distribution of heat from the top and bottom. In the ordinary barbecue, the meat is heated from the bottom, so it should be consumed. In the ceramic barbecue the heat is distributed equally from the bottom and from the top due to its unique shape, so you do not need to turn over food, just put it and take it out ...
If there are constantly 10-15 guests at your house, a medium-sized barbecue is suitable. A small barbecue is just for your family. It is advisable to choose it for mobile, so you can travel it everywhere. If necessary, you can quickly cook in the yard, if you need to have a dinner for 5-8 persons (don't forget the dog that keeps you safe from the barbecue or step).
